Flow Sheets

Flow Sheets are a Health Data Template or collection of Health Data Templates that provide the following information displays about the client. The information on a Flow Sheet can be:

·        Labs

·        Immunization

·        Injections

·        Vitals

You create Flow Sheets by completing the following:

1. Define Health Data Elements

2. Create Health Data Sub-Templates

3. Create Health Data Templates

4. When the Health Data Template is chosen on the Client's Flow Sheet page, the client's data is displayed in the Health Data Template.

Display the Flow Sheet Page

1. Find the client whose Flow Sheet you want to use.

2. Follow this path: Client tab > Medical banner > Flow Sheet sub-banner.

The Flow Sheet page is displayed. View field definitions.
